The Artist Collective: Summer Residency

During this summer residency dancers will spend 8 weeks learning under professional artists and dance makers while training in various movement styles. This opportunity is designed for advanced level dancers who are hungry to expand their movement style and artistry. During the 8 weeks, dancers will take part in producing a full length show that will premiere September 18th & 19th at the Southern Theater, in Minneapolis. In this show dancers will dive into choreography set by artists in the Minneapolis community, as well as collaborate and begin to explore their own movement. Dancers will also get an opportunity to apply to choreograph a piece of their own work to perform in the show. Join us for a summer of creating, learning and growing as dancers and artists!
